Dr. Pavithra Nantheeswarar
DENTIST
Dr. Pavithra Nantheeswarar is the primary dental care provider at Sandhurst Family Dental Clinic. Dr. Pavithra practices dentistry to help patients of all ages. She also provides services in cosmetic dentistry. These cosmetic services don’t just enhance a person’s smile, but can boost self-confidence and prevent future health issues. Her goal is to put patients at ease so they will want to take good care of their teeth after they leave the office.
She graduated from McMaster University with Honours Bachelor of Psychology and a specialization in Behavioural Neuroscience. Because of her interest in understanding others, she later pursued a diploma in Dental Hygiene at George Brown College. This is where Dr. Pavithra discovered her an immense passion towards dentistry. Wanting to pursue this passion, she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the prestigious University of Melbourne in Australia.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pavithra enjoys spending time with family and friends: going on hikes, reading and travelling. She is a strong believer in giving back to the community, and is actively involved in various organizations and volunteer work.
Dr. Zareen Qadir
DENTIST
Dr.Zareen is a qualified international dentist with years of experience. She completed her equivalency exam (NDEB ) in 2015 and is currently licensed with the RCDSO. Dr Zareen is a highly skilled professional who aims to provide her patients the best quality service. She is a certified Invisalign provider and maintains membership with several professional associations including Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association.
Neeti
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Neeti started in the dental field after graduating from George Brown College in 2015. She takes pride in prioritizing patients comforts and concerns first as well as educating and giving tips on individualized hygiene care based on current oral health. Neeti enjoys spending her free time with friends, going to the gym and reading inspirational books!.
Amna
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Amna first began pursuing studies in the dental hygiene field in hopes of reaching her lifelong goal of making at least one person a day smile. She values holistic patient care and comfort above all else, seeing it as a priority. As a pastime, Amna enjoys expressing herself through drawing, painting and creative writing.
Suba
RECEPTIONIST
Suba is our office administrator and she speaks English and Tamil. Suba takes great pride in making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently with patient care being of the utmost importance. She knows the “ins and outs” of the dental office and helps to keep systems in place so the day runs smoothly and on time. In her free time she likes to listen to music and play the violin.
Ridham
RECEPTIONIST
Ridham is one of our receptionists. She is a kind and professional person who cares about providing the highest level of service to our valued patients. In her downtime, Ridham likes to spend time with her friends and family, go to yoga classes and read mystery novels.
Nitasha
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Nitasha is our Level II dental assistant. She comes from Mumbai, India, and she speaks English, Hindi, Marathi, and Konkani. Nitasha wants to help patients overcome their dental fears and relax, and also to enjoy their beautiful teeth and smiles. It is important to her that patients are comfortable and to ensure that they are getting the best dental care possible.
With Nitasha’s many years in dentistry she appreciates that both doctors are conscientious about maintaining quality dentistry and she is proud to be part of a practice that treats multi-generational family members. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, going for long walks, watching movies and reading cosy mysteries.
